  • If the app is already running, launching it again will automatically bring the existing window to the front.
• 智慧攔截 (Smart Interception): * 自動終止重複的進程，防止多次讀寫註冊表。
  • Automatically terminates duplicate processes to prevent redundant Registry R/W operations.
